As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Jamie J. Spannhake provides personalized nutritional counseling that caters to each individual's needs and personality as well as group courses on principles of good nutrition.

In her individual counseling programs, she aims to provide each client with a unique plan that provides a nourishing balance in all areas of life. Whatever your concerns, her job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for the balanced life you desire.

In her group classes, she teaches ten principles of a healthy diet that apply to everyone and discusses healthy lifestyle choices, including time and stress management.


"Holism" refers to the idea that a person is greater than the sum of the parts. A holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including things like a career that inspires you, honest and open relationships, physical activity that invigorates you, and a spiritual or religious practice that connects you to something greater than yourself. These things are called Primary Food* and as a Holistic Health Coach, Jamie works with you to help find a nourishing balance in all of these areas of your life.
