The goals of your personalized health counseling program are defined by you and are designed to radically improve your life and resolve concerns specific to you and your body. At the conclusion of the program, you will have tools for a lifetime of good nutrition and balance.

The focus of the program will be on food. There are two types of food: primary and secondary food.* Primary food includes your career, your relationships, your physical activity, and your spirituality. Secondary food is everything that you eat and drink. Because so many of us consume secondary foods for many reasons other than hunger and nutrition, and because we sometimes try to fill voids in our primary food areas with secondary foods, it is necessary to assess both your primary and secondary food needs when determining the best nutritional plan for you. In your program, Jamie will help you focus on what is working and what is not working in your life, lifestyle, and diet, and provide strategies and tools to help you define and achieve your goals.

In other words, Jamie will consider you as a whole person when determining your nutritional needs. This unique approach provides meaningful, lasting results that make daily life easier, better, and healthier.
