    As a Holistic Health Counselor, I provide personalized nutritional counseling that caters to your individual needs and personality. 
    I aim to provide you with a unique plan that provides the nourishing balance right for you in all areas of life. Whatever your concerns, my job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for the balanced life you desire.

    What is a "holistic" approach?

    "Holism" refers to the idea that a person is greater than the sum of the parts. A holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including things like a career that inspires you, honest and open relationships, physical activity that invigorates you, and a spiritual or religious practice that connects you to something greater than yourself. These things are called Primary Food
    * and as a Holistic Health Counselor I work with you to help find a nourishing balance in all of these areas of your life. Ideally, using a holistic approach to health, we begin working together long before any signs of disease or illness present themselves. But anytime can be the right time to start a holistic aproach to your well-being.
     

    Could one conversation improve your life?

    I invite you to a Health History consultation to discuss
    your health concerns and goals, and what you have always imagined for your life. In this one-hour session, we will identify your challenges to good nutrition and your health goals as well as develop an action plan to help you reach your goals. We will also discuss the Balance Program so you can decide if you would like to experience the continued support provided through the program. There is no obligation to participate in the Balance Program, but I welcome you to consider that this conversation may be a turning point in your life.
